Dietary
If you have a dietary accommodation that you feel is not currently being met in the dining hall, please visit the dining website below and fill out the Dietary Request Form
Once this step is completed email Associate Director for Dinning and Services, Nathan Underwood-Schuchman and he will get you in contact with the Chef for campus dining services.
If these steps have been completed, and the dining hall is unable to meet your specific dietary needs, please fill out a CDAR application. You will also be asked to provide medical documentation with your application that provides a diagnosis and details the functional limitations you have regarding eating in the dining hall. Please review more information regarding required documentation here: Documentation Requirements.
Once your CDAR application and documentation are submitted, you will receive an email prompting you to call the office at 208-885-6307 to schedule an appointment with an access consultant to review your request for accommodation.
